(Hab. 2:1 &14) 24FLOOD will be changing from the single monthly 24 hour prayer vigil to weekly Friday noon prayer and night watch (12noon-1PM; 8PM-1AM). Because of the direction the Holy Spirit has been giving us, we believe this will eventually develop into a full blown revival in the midst of one of the most strategic places on earth! Initially, our vision can be found in Acts 13:1-3 where certain key leaders “ministered to the Lord and fasted,” leading to the coming forth of a prophetic word from the Lord and the release of apostles into the ministry. Our chief aim will be to minister to Jesus through worship. We are asking area worship teams to help us. Fasting will be encouraged as well. That it is on a Friday is because this is the Muslim day of prayer where thousands in Dearborn and Detroit will be praying in their mosques. We believe God will indeed speak to us prophetically and direct us in prayer prophetically, eventually leading us into a revival that will be accompanied by the witness of apostolic power to this important community, and thus, the 10/40 Window.
